The greatest benefit of this Anti-Shock system is that only half the effort is required when cutting wire compared to standard wire cutters. The term ’flush’ means level or straight and on the same plane, so flush cutters cut a wire level. These cutters are fully ESD compliant for safe use on sensitive electronic components.
