3M™ High Performance Masking Tape 501E Beige Introducing the 3M™ 501E, it's a high-performance masking tape that is designed for use in high temperatures that can adhere to most surfaces with confidence, including metal rubber, glass and plastic. The natural colour crepe paper coating consists of a rubber resin adhesive that instantly adheres to surfaces. The high-temperature resistance up to 160ºC (1 hour) allows this tape to be used in repeat bake cycles as well as IR drying and heat lamps. The 501E masking tape is ideal for any job that needs masking which includes stopping paint bleeding to ensure clean paint lines and sharp clean edges. With good heat resistance, this tape adheres to a variety of irregular surfaces, with an excellent conformability.
